Great house - The house was perfect for our large group. Travel to Disney, Legoland, other attractions and shopping was easy from there.The kitchen was very well stocked, better than my own at home! We were pleased that the floors were tiles and wood - so much cleaner than carpet. We appreciated the privacy hedge around the pool. We were unable to contact the management company about a couple of small things but there was nothing critical. We are a small, family owned property management company that has been in the Orlando hospitality industry since 2008!

Our party stayed at Santana Palm during March break. The house was fantastic and accommodated our two families perfectly. The place was very clean and there was lots of towels and kitchen supplies.

We loved all the great things about the home. Everyone loved the pool and the master bath is amazing. We will definitely recommend friends and family stay and we will definitely want to stay here again.
The grandchildren especially loved the pool. Just to let you know we arrived back home safely yesterday. We had such a wonderful holiday, the villa was just perfect. When we walked in it was just so clean, the best we’ve been too.
The home was beautiful and just the right sized. I just wish I could get a list of the areas in the United States that you rent out homes in. In July I will be traveling to New York. This house has been great and so has the pool because the house is very big and so is the pool, and we had a great time here. Everyone was pleased with the villa and its location. It was beautiful and it fit our needs.
Condos and townhouses usually have a community pool. Either way, it's a lot more relaxing that using a crowded hotel pool. Heron Bay is a beautiful home to spend your vacation days in. The house and the pool were very clean.
The parks were all just a short drive and easily accessed from Solana Resort. Grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations were just a short drive from the resort. We enjoyed the pool and game room in the evenings after we returned from the parks. The clubhouse is very well equipped and the staff was extremely friendly.

Our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter as well as our other granddaughter and her fiancé thoroughly enjoyed themselves while here using the pool, hot tub etc. Of course the close proximity to S H O P P I N G goes along way as well. No internet was also a bummer, even though we were aware of it (and the "no pool heat") prior to reserving-thus the cheaper rate. We would have gladly paid more to be able to have these services and to have a clean home with updated bedding and towels, etc. We do plan on staying at a SunKissVilla in the future but will probably not chose Sunset Palms. Very welcomed and comfortable - Pleasantly surprised was our first thought. Easy location to parks and loved that it was a gated entrance and very quiet and relaxing.
